RIZA Handpan – Designed for beginners, starting from $599.
Beautifully tuned, easy to play, and perfect for those who want to explore this world without spending thousands. The most popular beginner scale is D Kurd (10–12 notes), available in a range of stunning colours.

YULA Handpan – For beginner to pro players, priced $1,199–$5,000.
Offers a deeper, clearer, and more balanced tone with a highly responsive touch. Crafted for those ready to go further — with 9–20 notes, multiple tunings, and sound that truly sings.

Why We Created the Free Upgrade Policy

Many new players tell us they hesitate to start because they worry about “outgrowing” their first instrument too fast. We completely understand. You might not be ready to spend thousands at the beginning, but you also don’t want to waste money if you decide to upgrade later. That’s why we introduced our Handpan Free Upgrade Policy.

If you buy a RIZA from us, you can upgrade to any YULA priced over $2,000 within two years — and we’ll deduct your full RIZA purchase price.

💡 Example:
You buy a RIZA for $599.
Six months later, you fall in love with playing and want to upgrade to a YULA 14-note F# Pygmy ($2,800).
Just send us a short video showing that your handpan is in playable condition with no structural damage. Once approved, return it or drop it off at our Sydney warehouse — and your new YULA will cost only $2,201.
You don’t lose a cent.

A Few Simple Conditions

To make sure everything runs smoothly, here are a few simple guidelines:

- The RIZA must be purchased directly from us (order number required).

- Second-hand or third-party purchases aren’t eligible.

- The upgrade offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Normal wear and tear and small scratches are perfectly fine — we understand you’ve been playing!

- Handpans with structural damage (for example, dropped, dented, or stored improperly) can’t be accepted, as they need to remain in good, playable condition.
