For orders less than $150:

  • Standard shipping: $9.95
  • Express shipping: $16.95

We currently ship most instruments internationally.

To find your exact shipping cost, simply add your items to the cart → click “View Cart” → enter your country and postcode. The final shipping cost will also appear at checkout before payment.

🚫 US Shipping Temporarily Paused
Due to recent import tariff changes, shipping to the United States is currently paused. We’ll resume once regulations stabilise — thank you for your understanding.

🌍 Handpan Shipping Policy
Handpans currently ship within Australia only due to extremely limited supply. If you're outside Australia, please email us — we can check availability and provide a custom shipping quote if possible.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees. These vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Handling Time

We don’t just move products — every instrument is checked, polished and tuned before dispatch. Lyre harps and pixie harps may take 2 hours to a full day to prepare.

Please allow at least 1 business day for handling time (2 business days during the Christmas season).

NSW:

  • Metro — 1–3 business days
  • Country — 3–5 business days

Other states:

  • Metro — 2–4 business days
  • Country — 90% delivered within 5 business days

Express Shipping Speed (Australia)

Express shipping usually arrives the next business day. Regional areas typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Extreme weather may cause occasional delays.
